Work Patterns
Based on the experience of the last few days I conclude I work better early and late - rather than when Quincy is on. It's 9 o'clock and I've done a couple of solid hours work which makes me feel less guilty about having breakfast.

I kinda miss working in an office, with the structure and human contact. Perhaps that will change this year.

I really must write something interesting here, I do have ideas you know...

In the meantime, another set of pics (surprised eh!) and I have plans to ruin my nice, minimalist queue with a couple of clubs and a model shoot this weekend.

Yeah, I work a lot better in the office.

Working from home didn't work for me. I was able to do it but I really did find the lack of formal structure or 'work' environment very difficult to cope with. I enjoy the separation and the change in environments facilitates the 'I should be working' mood.

At home I found it either hard to do any or then to stop. I would always fret about something. Setting aside one area for work helps but it would sort of lurk in my head that I should be working when I shouldn't or that I should never do anything in the house in the working day.

Preferably I would work 3 days in an office and 2 at home. Home was the bet place to write stuff that needed concentration.

While I enjoy the extended leisure of freelancing, I do miss the "peer interation" of a work environment. And cabin fever is possible.
I'm "investigating" going "back to work" but only with low commuting overhead.
