Too good to be true

I knew it was too good to be true - I'd found the phone, found the tariff, told the world. Now I find out that the tariff I've got is not the one they have on the website - and indeed it simply doesn't exist.

So I try to phone them - no response, fill in an online form - no response. Now I've done the first in what is going to be a series of increasingly strongly worded emails to get this sorted out. Of course I'm hoping that the email addresses I've got actually exist - as this company seem to have adopted the now-standard technique of using webforms and suchlike rather than actually publishing an address.

And I phoned the insurance company over my car accident - they _still_ haven't had response from the other party in writing so still delays there. Phone back on 2nd Jan - don't worry - I will...

To conclude - if I've sent you a new mobile number - don't pay too much attention to it just yet - things might change yet again when I get pissed off and send it back...
