Selling or buying? If she's a seller, tie everything down in your house when she visits or (preferably) move it into storage in advance.

My brother's a seller, as I and my possessions know all too well.

Yup my dad found it about 6 months ago. Hence the Mercedes Logo'd silver and blue valve covers on his car wheels..

My mother discovered Oxfam years ago. She's already outgrown at least one wardrobe (it collapsed) and was asking me recently if I knew anyone who took a size 5 shoe so she could give away 'some of' the pairs in the loft...
